1. Savage X Fenty Show
Good GOD! I cannot recommend this mini little series enough. Two volumes of straight savagery. Everyone knows Rihanna to be the bad ass, sassy icon she is, but this is truly a whole new side of her genius. This fashion show and virtual experience is the perfect combination of dance, runway and entertainment. The music, unique visuals and INCREDIBLE choreography by the queen, Parris Goebel, kept me mesmerized the entire time. Rihanna mentions that the one thing her brand stands for is inclusivity. It is utterly clear in her cast of all ethnicities, body types and backgrounds that Rihanna created a line to make all women feel confident. It was so refreshing to see a fashion show that represents diversity rather than just one type of woman. I think more brands need to adapt to this type of even representation because let's face it, it's the effing reality. Go watch on Amazon Prime IMMEDIATELY!
2. My Personal "Vibes" Playlist
I don't know about you guys, but I listen to music based on my mood. I have different playlists for literally any mood I'm in, but so far this one has been my most-visited. "Vibes" is a broad name, which makes sense because the range of songs in this list is pretty extreme. I would define this playlist as songs that make me feel my grooviest and happiest. Check it out and let me know what you think!
3. Ankle Socks
This one is probably my most random recommendation yet. Slowly but surely, vintage fashion trends are making their way back, and I'm not too mad about it. The pair in the photo is the "Tna Logo Ankle Sock 3-Pack" from Aritzia - I own these and they are the BEST. I wear ankle socks with just about any sneaker as long as they're clean; I think they can completely transform a bland outfit to a trendy one. They are the perfect length too, so they won't cut you off and give you a cankle look. Super fun for fall fashion.
